Chris Broad, the ICC match referee, found Abdul Razzaq not guilty of a dissent charge following a Code of Conduct hearing at the conclusion of the first VB Series final against Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. Razzaq was hauled up for showing dissent – clause 1.3 of the Code of Conduct – after a wide was called off his bowling.The hearing was attended by Broad, the two on-field umpires – Steve Davis and Billy Bowden – and Bob Parry, the third umpire for the game.
